Shipping and Delivery

We offer delivery and shipping to eligible addresses shown at checkout.

Local delivery

Free local delivery is available for qualifying addresses within our 20-mile local delivery area.

Orders within 100 miles

Orders of $2,000 or more qualify for free delivery when the delivery address is within our 100-mile delivery area. Other orders are charged the rate shown at checkout.

Orders beyond 100 miles

Orders delivered outside our 100-mile delivery area are shipped through a third-party carrier for a flat $100 shipping fee. Expedited shipping is not currently offered.

Delivery timing

Standard delivery is expected within two weeks after the order is confirmed. Delivery dates are estimates and can be affected by product availability, carrier delays, holidays, severe weather, or an incomplete or incorrect delivery address.

Order and delivery issues

Please review your delivery address before submitting your order. If an order arrives damaged, is missing items, or has not arrived within the expected time, contact us at kuluproducts@gmail.com with your order number so we can assist you.
