Kulu Products offers local delivery and standard shipping for dental supply orders.

Free Local Delivery

Orders delivered within a 15-mile radius of our Beverly Hills fulfillment location qualify for free local delivery. Eligibility is determined from the delivery address entered at checkout.

Free Shipping on Qualifying Orders

Orders of $1,500 or more after discounts and before tax qualify for free standard shipping.

Standard Shipping

Orders that do not qualify for free local delivery or free standard shipping are charged a $25 standard shipping rate. Available shipping methods and delivery estimates are shown at checkout.

Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment is completed and product availability is confirmed. If an item is unavailable or requires special handling, Kulu Products may contact you before shipment.

Returns

Because many dental supplies are disposable or practice-use items, return eligibility may depend on product condition, packaging, and the type of item ordered. Items must generally be unused, unopened, and in original packaging to be considered for return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact Kulu Products with your order number and photos of the issue as soon as possible.

Bulk and Custom Orders

Bulk orders and special pricing orders may have different return or cancellation terms. Contact Kulu Products before placing a large order if you need specific terms.
